We accept secure payments via major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). We do accept cash or checks as well. A temporary authorization hold is placed on your card as your cleaning appointment approaches. Your card is only charged after your cleaning service has been successfully completed.
Yes! Our professional team arrives fully equipped with all supplies and tools needed to complete your cleaning. If you prefer that we use your personal products instead, we’re happy to accommodate your request.
When you book with Mighty Maids, your time slot is reserved exclusively for you and held in our cleaner's schedule. There is a $100 late cancellation charge when we receive less than 2 business days notice of needing to cancel or reschedule a cleaning as the late cancellation greatly affects our team. We appreciate your understanding and recommend notifying us as early as possible if your plans change!
Absolutely! Our cleaning professionals are trained to work safely and respectfully around pets. We love animals and always ensure they feel comfortable and secure while we clean your home.
The number of cleaners depends on your home’s size, condition, and service type. Typically, we send one to two professional cleaners to ensure efficient and thorough service.
Not at all. Many of our clients choose to go about their day while we clean. You’re welcome to stay or head out — whichever is most convenient for you.

We let you decide what works best for your comfort and security. Common options include:

Letting cleaners in personally

Providing a key

Sharing a garage or lockbox code

Leaving the door unlocked for your scheduled time

Your security and peace of mind are always our priority.

Yes, we can absolutely use eco-friendly or green cleaning products upon request. If you have preferred products you’d like us to use, we’re happy to clean with those as well.

For safety, insurance, and quality reasons, Mighty Maids does not perform the following:

Exterior cleaning (outside windows, patios, decks, siding, etc.)

Cleaning unfinished spaces such as garages, attics, or construction zones

Moving heavy furniture or appliances

Climbing higher than a two-step ladder

Washing walls

Handling biohazards or waste

Wet-cleaning electronics

Hoarding or trash removal services

Installing duvet covers

Specialty floor restoration or heavy grout treatments

Please note: heavy buildup or long-neglected areas may require multiple visits for full restoration.

If you’re unsure whether a task is included, our team is happy to clarify before your appointment.

Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If something doesn’t meet your expectations, contact us within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the affected area. Because our services involve reserved labor and scheduling, refunds are not provided once a cleaning has been completed.
